プライバシーポリシー（日本語）

1. 本ツールについて

Shakitto Uploader（以下「本ツール」）は、運営者（Yuki Saito）が自身のYouTubeチャンネル「今日もシャキッと脳トレ」へ、自身が制作した動画を予約投稿するためだけに使用する非公開のプログラムです。運営者以外の利用者はおらず、一般に配布・公開していません。

2. 利用するGoogleのサービス

本ツールは YouTube API Services（YouTube Data API）を利用しています。YouTube API Services の利用には YouTube 利用規約 および Google プライバシーポリシー が適用されます。

3. 取得・保存する情報

運営者自身のGoogleアカウントのOAuth 2.0認証トークン（自身のチャンネルへ動画をアップロードし、タイトル・説明文・公開日時・サムネイルを設定するための権限）のみを取得します。トークンは運営者のパソコン内にのみ保存し、外部のサーバーへ送信・保存しません。

4. 取得しない情報

視聴者・チャンネル登録者・コメント投稿者など、運営者以外の方の個人情報・閲覧データは一切取得・保存・共有しません。第三者への提供も行いません。

5. 利用目的

運営者自身のチャンネルへの動画投稿（アップロード・予約公開・サムネイル設定）のみに利用します。広告配信・分析・他サービスとの連携には利用しません。

6. データの保存期間と削除・権限の取り消し

認証トークンは本ツールを使用する間のみ運営者のパソコン内に保存します。Googleアカウントのセキュリティ設定 からいつでも本ツールへのアクセス権を取り消すことができ、取り消した時点で本ツールは動作を停止し、保存済みトークンは削除します。

本ツールは運営者本人の専用ツールであり、第三者に提供・貸与・販売しません。運営者は本ツールの使用にあたり、YouTube 利用規約、YouTube API Services 利用規約 および YouTube のコミュニティガイドラインを遵守します。本ツールに関する一切の責任は運営者が負います。

Privacy Policy (English)

1. About this tool

Shakitto Uploader ("the Tool") is a private, non-distributed program used only by its operator (Yuki Saito) to schedule and upload videos the operator created to the operator's own YouTube channel "今日もシャキッと脳トレ". There are no other users.

2. Use of Google services

The Tool uses YouTube API Services (YouTube Data API). Use of YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

3. Information we access and store

The only data accessed is the operator's own Google account OAuth 2.0 token, which grants permission to upload videos to the operator's own channel and to set their title, description, scheduled publish time, and thumbnail. The token is stored only on the operator's computer and is never sent to or stored on any external server.

4. Information we do not collect

We do not collect, store, or share any personal information or viewing data of viewers, subscribers, commenters, or any person other than the operator. No data is shared with third parties.

5. Purpose

The data is used solely to upload, schedule, and set thumbnails for videos on the operator's own channel. It is not used for advertising, analytics, or integration with other services.

6. Retention, deletion and revocation

The OAuth token is kept on the operator's computer only while the Tool is in use. Access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account security settings; upon revocation the Tool stops working and the stored token is deleted.

Terms of Service (English)

The Tool is for the operator's personal use only and is not provided, lent, or sold to any third party. In using the Tool, the operator complies with the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and the YouTube Community Guidelines. The operator assumes all responsibility for the Tool.
